**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse guest data to plan resources and materials required to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with GM, Hotel Team, HSK team and suppliers to ensure clear communication and implementation of best practice.
- Provide excellent guest service, including VIP and other special requirements.
- Identify ways to improve guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to H&S policy, ensuring that all staff have been trained in the related RAMS, manual handling and COSHH.
- Ensure that all appliances and storage areas are safe in accordance with regulations.
- Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance daily/weekly.
- Manage stock control and the maintenance of equipment efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms.
- Deliver and exceed financial targets.
- Manage expenditure and payroll to ensure budgets are adhered to.
- Participate in training to improve skills and performance.
- Solve routine challenges that occur on the job.

**What we are looking for from you**:
Previous experience of working as a Head or Deputy Head Housekeeper.

**Salary**: 25,500 per annum

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- housekeeping management: 1 year (preferred)
