**Basic Salary - £36,000 DOE**

Are you looking for a GUARENTEED lead source? My client has a unique role - specifically looking after a HUGE existing client bank for their remortgage and product transfer needs. They are looking for an experienced _Mortgage Advisor _to join their team on an employed basis and become an integral part of their team and their journey.

- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their remortgage or product transfer goals
- Motivated to contact clients about their remortgage needs
- Provide exceptional client care, always delivering an award winning performance
- Stay up to date with the Mortgage products, interest rates and industry trends
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, maintain the highest ethical standards at all times

**Skills and experience for this Remortgage Specialist role**
- You must be CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- 12 months’ experience minimum
- Time management to ensure the ability to spin many plates
- Ability to generate business in a target driven environment
- Ability to put the customer first at all times
- Full UK licence preferred but not essential
