Personal Assistant and Communications Team Support

The Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.

This is a 4-month EA role working in the Communications Team at the Health Foundation. The principal tasks for this short period will be providing first-class EA service to the Communications Director and PA support for the Assistant Director.

The role is part of a team that also works across the varied functions of the Communications team, including setting up team meetings, supporting inductions, and working across the different functions to support ad hoc work and projects, which could include some event support, monitoring social media engagement and reporting on our channels.

**Due to the urgency of this role, the start date would be 12 April 2023**

The following five key skills are required for this role:
1. Excellent PA/EA skills and highly competent in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

2. Experience of managing complex diary work

3. Strong organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills and the ability to maintain high standards while working under pressure and to deadlines and managing conflicting priorities.

4. Extremely pro-active, able to anticipate the needs of the Director and ADs and to take action while also managing their priorities.

5. Ability to act with diplomacy and discretion and to safeguard confidential and sensitive information.
