Senior Eia Consultant

**RSK Environment**, Planning and Design are seeking a **Senior / Principal Environmental Consultant **to join their team on a **full time, permanent basis**. The majority of work is anticipated to be **Wales**, with the option of being home based or to use one of our offices as a base.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Acting as EIA Lead for major EIA projects in the energy, (predominantly renewables), sector.
- Writing detailed feasibility studies, environmental reviews, and EIA documentation.
- Leading on the production of proposals and tenders.
- Working close with client and stakeholders.
- Providing advice on environmental matters.
- Client relationship management to support repeat business.
- Mentoring of junior staff

**Person Specification**
- Full membership of IEMA and/or Chartered Environmentalist (or working towards).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An excellent working knowledge of the EIA process including the current methods, legislation, techniques and guidance which directs the services we provide.
- A good knowledge of managing projects - including a detailed understanding of financial management, program management and quality control.
