ROLE SUMMARY

The Global Mobility Services (GMS) Central Team Operations & Transformation Leader role is going to responsible to:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize Central Team Processes, ensuring compliance requirements and client deliverables are met

Creates methods and collaterals for delivering Central Team services across Tiers and Regional Hubs

Drive conformity to global procedure, building up contacts at third party organizations, keeping close to clients, and ultimately looking for innovative ways to bring together our clients and our local teams.

Act as a process owner and managing change requests to existing process and service delivery model

Drive consistency and a "One Team" approach across HUBs

Build up and operate with support of Global Tax Operations to lead the continuous improvement and innovation framework

Have a proactivity toward broad-based tax matters, both individual and corporate. Encourage proactivity culture within the HUBs

Keep up to date on technical developments and drive collaboration with our global technology team and HUB Leads

Cultivate the closest professional relationships with local KPMG country teams and recognize the value of a strong network of colleagues to accomplish often complex or sensitive tasks.

Commercial: understanding the link between profitability and client service - oversee and drive transparency of cost within each HUB

Look for opportunities to serve our clients in a holistic, pragmatic fashion - drives best practice standards and collaboration across HUBs

Act as an ambassador for KPMG more broadly and can effectively and persuasively articulate the KPMG distinctions in formal and informal settings - assist in RFPs Global Priority Solutions (GPS) / Central Team (CT) materials

Establish creditability with HUBs and network immediately; postures themself as the face of the GPS operations

Integrates into HUBs/client teams effectively and meet the clients'/network expectations for work production, work environment/hours, and quality of output

Exhibits professional skepticism and regularly seeks to know, understand (and potentially exploit) the root cause of current developments

Knows/participates and contributes to the concepts of global compensation collection and all GPS workstreams -Identifies and trains their successor
