**What does this job involve?**

- The Site Trainer is responsible for carrying out training to all levels of colleagues, this includes scheduled technical training, mandatory training and refresher training but also specific tailor made training if applicable.
- The trainer is responsible at ensuring all employees are comprehensively trained and qualified to operate works equipment, promotes safe working practices, coaches students and colleagues on safe behaviours and best practice whilst operating equipment or performing processes.
- The site trainer will be responsible for all training documents ensuring a compliant and auditable trail.

**We are looking for people who**:
- A minimum of 1 year consistent experience operating MHE required
- Training experience and advantage
- RTITB/ITSAAR instructor accreditation preferred
- Reach Truck, Counter Balance, PPT Licenses - experience preferable
