We have a unique opportunity to join a global business within the retail and FMCG’s sector, supporting the delivery of the Careers and Inclusion agenda across all its divisions and businesses, providing project, workstream and systems support. This would suit someone who has previously worked within L&D or Event Coordination and boast excellent organisation skills.

This role offers hybrid working / Based near Bond Street / Hours 8.30- 5pm / Competitive salary and benefits

**Job Responsibilities**:
Duties will include:
Manage the administration of events, workshops and meetings run by the team, and to provide proactive, confidential, and responsive admin support to the Head of Careers and Inclusion, as well as supporting wider administrative tasks within the team. Manages project plans, coordinates and tracks all actions Assists with researching, manipulation of data, and editing of supporting materials, presentations, websites, digital documents and spreadsheets. Ensures correspondence and relevant materials required by the team are produced in a timely and accurate manner Plan & execute communications and updates as agreed with the team, using a variety of mediums Provide PA support to the Head and wider team, to include all travel itineraries, event coordination and document production Build and maintain a strong positive rapport with key contacts across the group (e.g. People/Talent, DEI and PA/EA communities) General administration to include producing reports, tracking budgets, processing invoices and producing PO’s

**Requirements**:
The right person will have previous coordination experience, to include setting up events or scheduling large scale training programs, be comfortable liaising with people at all levels and building strong relations with ease. You must have excellent administration experience and be able to think on your feet and respond quickly to last minute changes in a proactive manner.
