**A bit about you**:

- Relevant qualification in Early Years or a related field at a minimum of Level 4
- Teaching Assistant qualifications, Levels 2-3 in Early Years and some knowledge of T Levels in education & childcare and assisting teaching is advantageous
- Experience conducting workplace assessments
- Possess the ability to communicate well with others and form positive interpersonal relationships with a variety of people from different backgrounds
