Night Concierge

One Property Recruitment are seeking a Night Concierge for a luxury residential development in Marylebone.

We are looking for experienced concierge from either a residential or hotel background with a passion for outstanding customer service. This is a rare opportunity to progress within the team, opening up scope for progression to a Head Concierge position or equally a transition into the residential sector with training towards Building Manager positions.

You will be working closely with the Development Manager who has a wealth of experience in the sector and can offer unmatched support in your development, alongside the rest of his team

The role includes but is not limited to
- Providing a first-class customer service to residents and stakeholders
- Responding to resident enquiries and resolving issues where you can
- Escalating issues to the Estate Manager accordingly
- Processing visitors onsite, ensuring compliance with procedures
- Completing records on shifts for handover
- Have an awareness of Health and Safety at all times

You will need to be:

- Presentable with a positive attitude
- Passionate about delivering a high-end service

Shift pattern - 4 on 4 off, 7pm - 7am
