Profile Hair is a small family run business in Dorchester which was set up by local hairdressers themselves in 2012 as a hair salon. We have since expanded and added beauty services and other therapies to our business, we are professional, flexible and rewarding Business.

Our work environment includes:

We are seeking a therapist to work in our cosy and newly refurbished therapy room, located inside our busy hair salon. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate, a team player and friendly, and suited to someone who would like to run and successfully build their own business.

This role can be suited to someone just starting out as we can also offer this role on a profit share split basis to help you build your client base before changing to a daily room rental rate, giving you the chance to maximise your earnings.

We offer a salon booking system which is just £25 per month which would be accessible to you and include gaining new bookings through our hair salon client base, or you can set up your own booking platform.

The role can be part time or full time suited to your working needs.

Our therapy room is furnished with a couch, led mirror, sink with cold and hot water, heating, alongside included storage areas your you to use and ample worktop space.

Hours: available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays, Friday, Saturday & Sundays. We offer late nights in the hair salon which clients tend to favour so this would be desirable, we also have a Saturday weekend available which is ever popular for clients. However we can be flexible for the right person.

**Salary**: £12,500.00-£35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 7 - 42 per week
