Superb permanent opportunity is available for a Kitchen Porter to join our client's experienced and inspirational catering team.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Chef Manager and Second Chef with daily responsibilities like preparing breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea
- To fill and empty the dishwasher
- To clear any refuse from the kitchen areas and empty all refuse bins as often as necessary.
- To clean all walls, floors, work surfaces, equipment as per cleaning schedule.
- To clean all used pots, pans trays, plates, cutlery and cooking utensils using the washing up facilities provided
- To ensure all basic cleaning rota jobs are carried out thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Unloading food deliveries

**Requirements**:

- An individual who is hardworking, reliable, and punctual
- An individual who is a team player and takes initiative
- An individual who has good communication skills and a good command of spoken English
- Have COSHH and Health & Safety training and a Level 2 in Food Safety and Hygiene, or be willing to undertake the training
