The role of a Behaviour Mentor is to co-ordinate and address the barriers to learning for either an individual pupil or a targeted group of pupils who may have significant social, emotional and mental health needs in order to enable them to achieve their full potential.

Joining our dedicated Pastoral Heads of Year, you would be working with a range of young people - including those young people who can present as a significant challenge - on a daily basis. You would also of course work with their families, and with our staff in school.
