**Description**

Be Personnel are seeking a skilled and organized Procurement Administrator to join our client's dynamic procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various procurement activities, ensuring the timely and efficient sourcing and purchasing of goods and services. This is a temporary position, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement within a fast-paced environment.

**The job**:

- Collaborate with the procurement team to support purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating pricing and terms.
- Assist in the creation and management of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain procurement records, including supplier information, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Track and monitor deliveries, ensuring timely receipt of goods and services.
- Assist with vendor evaluation and performance management, providing feedback as necessary.
- Assist in resolving any procurement-related issues or discrepancies.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
- Support the implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives to optimize procurement processes.

**The Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and principles is a plus.

Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
