**Job Summary**

Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP is going through an exciting period of growth. We have an exciting opportunity to join FJG as an Apprentice or Admin Assistant at our Billericay office.

Our Apprentices and Admin Assistants play an essential role to the firm, ensuring we provide excellent administrative support and client care.

The main duties of the role include:

- Distributing and collecting post
- Providing support to the reception team
- General administrative duties to support the office

**Skills and Experience**
- Ability to work in a professional manner
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Administrative experience (desired)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Billericay: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
