**Salary**: £55,000-£68,000 base

Seeking BFS consulting professionals in the UK to join a global leader in Information Technology and Consulting Services as a Capital Markets Consultant. Ideally we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2-3 years solid consulting experience, with a good understanding of Financial Services, Capital Markets and Risk Management. As a Capital Markets Consultant you will be making a significant contributionto the Capital Markets practice through sector experience, delivery support and client engagement. Essential experience for a Capital Markets Consultant:

- 2+ years solid consulting experience in Business and Technology Transformation Programmes within Capital Markets/Financial Services
- Experience with financial services products and asset classes (equities/fixed income/funds/derivatives etc.)
- Knowledge of F2B lifecycles, middle office, liquidity/collateral, settlements, massaging bodies, asset servicing
- Experience with Risk Management and Stress Testing
- Experience of working with technology partners and business stakeholders
- Experience of working in project life-cycle and understanding of project management methodologies
- Experience of working in a global delivery environment
- Strong academic background

Soft skills necessary for a Capital Markets Consultant:

- Fantastic communicator, both written and verbal, for successful teamwork, delivery and client engagement
- Thinking outside the box and on your feet for creative solutioning
- Open minded - to help guide teams successfully
