**As Development Underwriter, you will**:

- Manage and develop a panel of c10-12 key brokers, with a remit to increase market share within property, liability and commercial combined
- Focus on new business, identifying and capitalising on opportunities through your knowledge, experience, skills and connections
- Hold a senior position in the team; this is a newly created role and holds senior underwriting authority and interfaces with management and internal stakeholders
- Be given the freedom and responsibility to work to your own plan - this is a home based role where you'll be encouraged to spend your time in front of brokers, with the full support of the regional office to lean on
