We have an amazing opportunity for a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. We are a like a family here and want someone who can play a pivotal role in ensuring that our high standards of patient care and patient journey are maintained and improved.

A well established 8 surgery private practice based In the village of Brighouse with easy links to the M62. We have expanded to take on 9 dentists, 2 Dental Therapists, implantologist, as well as a dwsi in endodontics, sedation, implants and oral surgery. A really dynamic and well trained team, offering smile design, invisalign as well as general dentistry.

**Key roles.**
- To create exceptional standards of patient care.
- Build relationships & improve communication with our patients
- Increased case acceptance.
- Increase in sales from our existing patients.
- To grow our membership plan numbers.
- Increase in growth from improved cash flow and greater productivity.
- Creating added value for our patients.
- Reducing GDP time spent treatment planning and case presentation.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Plan, develop and implement the ‘Patient Journey’.
- Carry out the morning ‘Team Huddle’.
- Manage TCO appointment diary.
- Plan and maintain TCO consultation area with
1. Relevant IT resources
2. Patient education resources
3. Environment
- Provide complimentary consultations with patients in order to increase:
1. Case acceptance
2. Cash-flow & productivity
- Responsible for the preparation of patient consent forms.
- Identify existing patients to join the membership plan.
- Identify existing patients who may benefit from new services.
- Responsible for patient financial arrangements:
1. Estimates
2. Payment Schedule
3. Methods of payment
4. Agreeing discounts.
6. Insurance claims
- Responsible for the preparation of in-house FAQ’s doc.
- Responsible for the delivery of all post-op care forms and follow-up phone calls &
communications.
- Build relationships with both new & existing patients by offering personalised care &
support.
- Assist the GDP in the treatment planning process of complex cases.
- Assist the GDP in the delivery of the case presentation.
**TCO Person Specification**

Relevant Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified & GDC registered Dental Nurse OR excellent product & dental knowledge
- Excellent IT skills
- Ethical sales training ideal - but more important to be a good communicator and confident
- Understanding of how the practice clinical systems work - i.e. the appointment book, which labs you use, how long each dentist will require for a particular treatment.
- Ability to use dental software
- Experience of working on a customer focused environment

Excellent rate of pay from £12-£14 per hour depending on experience.

**Experience**:

- Valid GDC registration (preferred)
