Mixologist/bartender

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join Team TAYU. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of delicious and visually appealing cocktails to our customers. If you have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge of mixology techniques

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple drink orders during peak hours
- Basic math skills for accurately measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Bartending certification is a plus, but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
