Accounts Payable

**Job Description** Location : Trafford Centre (Hybrid working after training)

Consultants : Cassidy Pinder & Karen Reynolds

Salary : £24,150 (Permanent/Contract available)

With our huge client based in Trafford we are looking to appoint and experience Accounts Payable to join their vibrant fast paced team. Working in a small team across a larger Finance Department, you will be expected to continue to provide the same levelservice, ensuring payments to our External Suppliers are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Responbilties:

- Ensure customers records are updated accurately to reflect payments made
- Make payments to suppliers using various payment methods and system
- Make payments in various currencies, calculating exchange rates
- Match and reconcile online accounts/statements to our in house system
- Identify and resolve queries and discrepancies
- Liaise both internally with various departments and externally with both sales people and suppliers in UK and abroad
- Reporting and recording of daily payments

**Profile**:

- Looking for some who has Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management
- Must have experience working in a office Environment
- Strong communication skills / Confident telephone skills
- Travel Industry / Foreign Exchange experience would be beneficial
