We are currently looking for a business administrator to support a Business Relationship Team who are based at Leechmere in Sunderland.

The Business Relationship Team are a centralised service that delivers administrative and project support to a range of transactional and organisational functions across the company as well as a First Point of Contact into our Leechmere site.

**The role**
- You will be part of a team that is responsible for providing effective, efficient, and responsive Business Support functions.
- Will be supporting colleagues and customers, whilst striving to deliver an excellent service.
- You must be able to meet the physical demands of the post when required, which may include a level of manual handling.
- Be using a wide range of I.T functions including use of MS Office packages.

**For this role it is essential that you have the following skills and attributes**:

- Excellent word processing skills and experience of using MS Office
- Ability to take notes of meetings and record action points.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent customer care
- The ability to work under pressure.
- A positive caring outlook and enabling attitude.
- Have excellent written and communication skills.
- Enjoy a challenge and be flexible in your approach to work.
- Be educated to GCSE level C in both Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Be able to provide reference information for the past 2 years history.

**Salary**: From £11.18 per hour
