MFA Building Control is one of the oldest established, independently owned Approved Building Control Inspectors in the country, providing services to domestic and commercial clients throughout England and Wales for over 21 years.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced window/conservatory surveyor to help develop a small but dedicated building control team in a new regional office, specialising in light weight roof and SIP panel domestic instillations.

You will use your specialist knowledge to ensure compliance with Building Regulations, promoting sustainability and energy efficiency, and enhancing the safety and accessibility of the built environment.

You will need to have extensive experience in the window and conservatory industry and have an understanding of the Building Regulations, and the Building Act. This is a time of change within the Building Control sector and we are committed to your professional development, and providing you with the tools you need to further your career path.

We offer a company car scheme or cash allowance, private medical insurance, 25 days minimum holiday allowance and a performance based bonus scheme in addition to a salary based upon experience.

Pay: £27,500.00-£33,000.00 per year
