Here at Serco, we’re looking for a Learning Content Designer to join the wider Learning and development team. This is a role where both your creative flair and appetite for originality combine to produce amazing digital content that will ignite the imagination of both UK and Global audiences.
You will work closely with the Design and Development and L&D Projects teams, to review, scope and agree content requirements, identify best solutions and design and present digital content to the highest possible standard.
You will also have responsibility for the review and quality control of digital content, working with key stakeholders to ensure content remains current and fit for purpose.
- Please note that this will be a two-stage interview process, with initial calls being held on 12th & 13th January via MS Teams. There will be a short activity at the beginning of the 2nd interview which will be held on the 18thJanuary at our offices in Solihull, more details will be provided closer to the date if successful._
**As part of this you will**:
- Design both digital and blended learning solutions, including eLearning, interactive PDFs, infographics, video content and face-to-face training
- Develop digital learning assets using Articulate Storyline, Rise and the Adobe Creative Cloud
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role play, games etc)
- Establish and maintain a resource library of e-learning materials following strict version control and branding procedures
- Amend and revise programmes as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and due to regulatory changes.
**What you will need to do the role**
- Proven knowledge and experience of eLearning authoring tools, Articulate 360 and Vyond
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI and other learning management and record storage systems an advantage
- Understanding of neuroscientific and learner-centric design principles will be advantageous but can be developed in role
