We are looking for a fully qualified and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to provide Band 8a level specialist psychological assessments of clients referred to the Psychological Therapies Service based upon the appropriate use, interpretation and integration of complex psychological data from a variety of sources. This includes psychological and neuropsychological tests, self-report measures, rating scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi-structured interviews with clients, family members and others involved in the clients care. This role will involve working with a well renowned and successful team and will include mileage, potential overtime as well as heavily subsidized accommodation.

**Requirements**:

- Current HCPC registration as a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist
- Post-graduate doctorate in clinical or counselling psychology (or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996 or those in lateral transfer) as accredited by the BPS
- Have eligibility for charted status with the BPS
- Have specialised experience of exercising full clinical responsibility for clients’ psychological care and treatment, and also within the context of a multidisciplinary care plan.
