**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting our skilled butchers in various tasks, such as meat preparation, cutting, trimming, and packaging.
- Learning the proper handling and processing of different cuts of meat, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to meet food safety standards.
- Providing excellent customer service and engaging with customers to offer expert advice on cuts, cooking methods, and more.
