**Job description - Performance Consultant**

In this graduate Performance Consultant role, you will spend much of your week consulting with clients to implement and build campaigns across paid search and paid social, managing, and optimising the campaigns along with guiding the clients each step of the way.

Utilising a consultative approach, you will be working with them to consult across a variety of areas, from paid search to social to programmatic marketing.

You will need to be strong with numbers and have a passion for digital marketing (e.g. paid search and social, PPC, and analytics), as you will be working with some of their big-name clients, to provide an exceptional experience and solid knowledge base.

**Key responsibilities - Performance Consultant**
- In this Performance Consultant role, you will be: _
- Learning about PPC and Paid Social, where we also want to train you to become best in class
- You will work on a variety of clients (4-5) where you will be responsible for:

- Building campaigns offline and in platforms
- Optimising campaigns to achieve clients goals.
- Researching new opportunities for clients to hit their goals.
- Talking to clients and educating them on what you are doing.
- Writing weekly reports and monthly summaries.
- Contributing to strategic performance reviews.
- Meeting clients & building relationships
- Talking to platform experts (e.g. Google, Meta) about best practices & new opportunities etc.
- Getting involved in contributing to the wider agency e.g. knowledge sharing, agency blogs & webinars etc.

**Job requirements - Performance Consultant**
- A 2.1 or above from University
- Passion for PPC and Performance Marketing
- Educated to high school level in maths or economics is a real benefit
- Some experience or knowledge in at least one of PPC, Paid Search, Programmatic Display - a placement year, internships, or a prior digital marketing job would be ideal
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly analytical and numerate - a good head for numbers is ideal
- Good understanding of the marketing landscape
- Great interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
