We have an exciting opportunity for an emotionally intelligent and resilient Music Therapist to work with individuals and groups as an autonomous clinical practitioner within the Creative Arts team and the wider clinical multi-disciplinary team at the hospice.
**Your new role** will be to provide effective specialist music therapy interventions for service users across all areas that support is offered in order to meet the needs of patients, families and carers. Working within the Creative Arts team, you will work collaboratively and on your own initiative with the other therapeutic services to develop effective interventions within the hospice. Coordinating with colleagues across the hospice to ensure the service meets identified needs.
**To succeed in this role** you will have a recognised qualification in Music Therapy and professional body registration. You will have experience of working in a psychological framework with people who have experienced common mental health concerns (e.g. anxiety and depression), as well as complex mental health concerns. You will be comfortable working in a hospice environment with adults and families both individually and within groups.
Additionally, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be skilled in using Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and be able to manage your own workload and cases in accordance with best practice and clinical needs.

Part-time hours: 14.4 per week
**Salary**: £12,050.00-£16,956.00 per year
