**Construction Administrator/ PA**
**Aberdare**
**Salary - £12 - 14 per hour**
**16 Hours a week which will increase as workload increases.**
**Work from home to start but will then be office based in Aberdare.**

Can you manage your workload and priorities’ tasks?

**Duties**:

- **Invoices** - processing payment, chasing payments, ensuring the payments are correct.
- **Organisation**- Organising meetings, workload, ensuring all policies are up to date. Allocating invoices to the correct job and compiling spreadsheets on the profit/loss on each job.
- **Insurance** - Making sure insurance is up to date on all work vehicles and other insurance plans.
- **Mail** - Opening mail, filing it accordingly and notifying the director of when items need immediate attention.
- **General duties** - Keeping the office clean and tidy.
- Provide administrative support to the construction team
- Handle phone calls and inquiries from clients, subcontractors, and vendors

**Skills**:

- **Communication **- written and oral
- **Attention to detail.**:

- **Microsoft package -** Excel and Word are essential.
- **Able to work from home and ensure the workload is complete daily.**:

- **Understanding in the construction industry would be preferable but not essential.**:

- **Ability to work on your own and stay motivated.**:

- **Discretion and trustworthiness are necessary.**:

- **At least 2 years’ administration experience is essential.**
