Hours of Work: 30 hours Monday to Friday. Term time only but would need to be flexible.

What are the unique points to this job? e.g. Primary school, hospitality functions. Term time only.

Rate of Pay: £12 per hour

Type of Person Required: Good opportunity for a strong cook to become a Cook/supervisor. Must be able to work to deadlines and times. Organised and good customer care skills. Passionate about cooking and serving good quality local produce.

Number of people reporting to the person and labour structure on site if applicable - 3

Who is the person reporting to? Line Manager ( Area Manager)

Number of students on site: 250 -300 children
- school will grow each year

What services
- Lunch and occasional hospitality.

Previous Experience/level of ability: Work in a school environment, looking for a promotion to management.

Do they need to be able to use a computer?

Yes,

Qualifications: City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ level 2 & 3

Subject to DBS and reference checks

Main Duties (from job description): financial awareness. Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Customer Care, Good communication skills. Cooking and presentation skills.
