**Shift Patterns available**:
**Dayshift - **Two week rotating shift pattern; Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday), Working 06.30-18.30

**or Nightshift - **Two week rotating shift pattern; Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday), Working 18.30-06.30

We have an opportunity for a Hygiene Operative to join our Hygiene team at our East Kilbride site.

Finsbury Food Group is a leading speciality bakery manufacturer. We constantly raise quality and efficiency standards, and build long term relationships with major multiple retailers and the food service channel. As Hygiene Operative you will be supporting the day to day line production of Johnstones Food Services production in order to meet set targets of quality and output.

This is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience with one of the UK’s largest bakery businesses. They’ll work closely with a friendly and engaging team, offering opportunities for growth and long-term career development.

**This is what you’ll actually do**
- Work together with the other members of the team, to ensure the performance of your area meets the maintenance / production plan.
- Follow all instructions in the cleaning of the production lines, weighing and removal of waste.
- Be able to work alone or within a group, to follow instructions whether written or from Manager, the need for flexibility in hours of work is a must.
- Follow all rules on PPE, dilution of chemicals and follow all health and safety rules at all times.
- Responsible for completion of appropriate paperwork where required to the highest standard
- Complete all tasks efficiently in order to reduce waste, reporting all issues if they arise
- Comply with company policy including Health and Safety, Security, Hygiene standards and cleaning schedules
- Work flexibly and as part of a team to support all areas of the business
