As an Existing Relationship Adviser you are a person who can explain to clients what's happening with their portfolios, you can build rapport whilst also taking in complex information, and you can provide the right advice in a compliant way whilst instillingconfidence and trust.

What's important to you is helping clients and their families achieve their goals and making a real difference to peoples lives. You value long term relationships where clients can become friends.

This role isn't going after new clients, its not prospecting, and its not high pressure selling. You're not interested in an individual role - you want to be part of a team. To you it's about being part of an exciting growth project and being able to workin a more agile and flexible way. The employed adviser model and financial security appeals to you.

We believe in giving the best advice to the client irrespective of the outcome to us, which is why all of of our advisersare salaried. There will never be a conflict of interest and you can work with the clients best interests in mind.

As our next Existing Relationship Adviser you'll be providing ongoing advice and relationship management to our clients and responding to the their needs. Without you our clients would have a lack of support and guidance and their money would be at risk.

**The Key Requirements...**

Are you level 4 qualified and do you have around 3 years experience as a financial adviser?

Your remit is to undertake annual ongoing advice reviews and your day to day activities will include:

- Reviewing the clients file and preparing for the meeting
- Responding to queries and providing a holistic advice approach
- Providing advice for clients to add or withdraw from their portfolio
- Reviewing the risk strategy
- Completing reports following the review
- Self-generating business from existing clients through referrals
