**Job Objectives**:

- Coordination of the in-house sales support processes
- Technical Administrative support for the key account managers
- Process optimization of the in-house sales support
- SAP Price maintenance
**About the role**:

- Support of the key account managers (KAMs) including:

- Acquisition processes
- Budgeting administration and reporting
- General administrative and commercial activities
- Quotes & Nominations monthly reporting
- Creation of presentation and preparation of customer appointments
- Take part in project and process management within the sales department
- Ensure SAP systems are up to date and accurate including orders, pricing, customer data
- Liaise with Routes/ Boms administrator to ensure accurate transfer of information as required
- Communication with internal departments including project, engineering, quality, logistics, marketing and controlling
- Ongoing Process Improvements within your role and in support of KAMs
- Training and Support for any new team members, apprentices or graduates.
**Responsibilities / Duties Authorisations / Competences**:

- Responsible for systems, document and data accuracy
- Responsible for on time reporting
- Ensuring an accurate, timely, smooth procedure in the in-house sales support
- Preparation of Sales reports
**Health, Safety & Environment duties**:

- They set a good example of safe behaviour;
- Each site has a prioritised, regularly reviewed health and safety improvement plan;
- There are sufficient resources in place to deliver the plan which must include:

- The appointment of competent UK / site H&S Manager(s);
- The appointment of a Head of H&S Lead to co-ordinate activities and represent on the H&S Leadership team.
- Health & safety performance, including plan delivery, is discussed regularly at Divisional management meetings;
- Standards are implemented to meet company & legal requirements;
- Health & Safety Forums, chaired by a senior member of management, are in place;
- Managers and others are trained to discharge their health & safety responsibilities effectively;
- Significant incidents are reported and reviewed to ensure that lessons are learnt and preventive actions taken;
- Appropriate action is taken upon the notification of significant risks.

**About you**:
Education Experience Special skills
- Degree or A level A-C including English and Maths.
- Experience in a similar role
- SAP Competent User
- Experience in a confidential role
- Highly organised, structured and accurate methodology
- 3-5 years experience in a Technical, systems based Administration role
- Excellent Communication Skills via a variety of mediums.
- High performer with evidence of initiative
- Self-starting, with an enthusiastic approach.
