The role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Matron to join the pastoral team in a boarding house. This is a term time position and non-residential.

The role of a Matron is one of trust and responsibility. The Matron will not only manage the domestic standards but will deal with the health and welfare of the girls. The Matron has a special role assisting the House Parents to create a happy, respectful and caring atmosphere in the house.
