**Some of your duties will include**:

- Reporting to the HR Manager and ensuring a smooth service is a provided to all staff members
- Supporting the recruitment, selection and retention of all staff members
- Assisting with performance management issues including appraisals and disciplinary matters
- Organising staff payroll and pension administration and recruitment processes
- Assisting with purchasing of services and products ensuring value for money
- Ensuring that all legal requirements are being maintained and seeking legal advise when needed
- Working with the Business Development Manager and Fundraising Manager when required
- Leading junior staff members and volunteers in line with corporate expectations
