- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient progress of property sales transactions.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the timely completion of property sales.
- Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring they are informed of the progress and any relevant developments.
- Coordinate property valuations, surveys, and other necessary inspections.
- Conduct thorough checks on property documentation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales progress and communicate updates to internal and external parties.
- Manage and resolve any potential conflicts or concerns that may occur during the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality service.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Progressor or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Familiarity with property sales processes, legal documentation, and relevant regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach.
**Working Hours**:
This is a part-time position, offering flexibility in scheduling. The typical working hours will be 21 per week, to be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.
