Our continued success and business growth has opened up an exciting opportunity for an experienced, organised and engaging Health and Safety Administrator to join our successful Branston Site
Salary £22,500
**How will you contribute?**
- Promotion of safety, health and environmental initiatives
- Take part in safety conversations
- Allocate Site safety tours and record findings/ action remedial work completing DO78 if required
- Input data into Rivo weekly and periods
- Ensure adherence to accident / incident investigation procedures
- Delegation of actions to management regarding incident investigation, inspections, risk Monitor compliance on Risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Manage the closure of non-conformances
- Maintain SHE management systems RIVO
- Daily, weekly and monthly communication of incidents
- Develop incident understanding to contribute to the root cause analysis team
- Assist the SHE team through collation and analysis of incident data
- Assist the SHE team by collating weekly and monthly management information
- Attend and minute the site SHE committee meetings
- Coordinate and minute other SHE meetings
- Attend Company SHE Annual conference
- Engagement of site SHE representatives.
- Maintain and manage accident / incident files
- Provide support to the SHE team
- Other tasks as required
