We are looking to appoint a Work Area Leader/Tutor to work within the Inclusive Lives Provision Team. You will principally be expected to organise practical activities in building up our new market garden. We have two estate teams, and you would be expected to work together to carry out general estate maintenance work.

During the winter and periods of bed weather you will create innovative garden related indoor projects to meaningfully engage the residents.

Previous experiences of teaching Additional Learning Needs is desirable. To be successful in this post, you will need effective communication and interpersonal skills. This will include being able to organise and manage supporting staff, as well as providing meaningful activities for the residents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,644.00-£24,021.00 per year
