**Ocean Estate Agents is looking for our next star agents.**

We need Lettings Negotiators to join our fantastic (and busy) Clifton, Bishopston and Southville offices.

We’re Bristol’s largest and most successful independent estate agency, we’ve been helping people move home for over 40 years. We have 11 local offices across the city including one in Portishead, and employ over 200 people.

Our ethos is very much ‘people before property’, with an emphasis on looking after the individuals and families buying or selling their homes, to make what is often a challenging experience, as worry-free as possible.

**Who we’re looking for**

You’ll need to be customer focused - always friendly, polite and super helpful. Be prepared to be busy Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must.

This is an important role within the team and letting agency experience would be great, but not essential if you have the right transferable skills. We’ll provide training and support to help you grow into the role, including national certification and qualifications. A full driving license is required.

**What you’ll be doing**

Demonstrating expert local market knowledge, and providing the very best advice and support to both landlords and tenants. Ensuring an exceptional experience for all customers throughout the rental process. Focus on generating viewings and rental valuations.

You will have your own targets, but most importantly you’ll be supporting and contributing to a busy, successful team.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
