**Position**: Learning Content Developer
**Location**: Hybrid working (time split between home and office, based in Honiton, Devon)
**Working Hours**: Full Time (40 hours per week)
**Salary**: £22,000-£28,000, dependent on experience and qualifications

**Role Overview**:
As an E-learning Content Developer, you'll be at the forefront of creating compelling e-learning courses tailored for both small and larger businesses. You'll have the opportunity to bring content to life, integrate multimedia elements, and ensure a seamless learning experience for our users on our preferred platform, LearnWorlds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop e-learning courses, primarily using tools from the Adobe creator suite tailored for LearnWorlds.
- Craft detailed storyboards outlining the functionality of e-learning modules.
- Collaborate closely with training teams, experts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with training objectives.
- Update content in line with software advancements and emerging trends in instructional design.
- Ensure courses meet SCORM standards for LMS compatibility.
- Participate actively in upholding our values, policies, and commitment to safeguarding and quality assurance.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Essential Skills: Proficiency in digital authoring tools, ability to integrate multimedia elements, strong UX design skills, effective collaboration, proficiency in Microsoft 365, commitment to accuracy and detail.
- Desirable Experience: Bachelor's degree in instructional design or a related field, experience in crafting e-learning storyboards, testing courses across devices, and updating courses based on feedback.
