We are recruiting for a Commercial Insurance Lead Generator to promote our insurance offers and to build lasting client relationships.

Hours

Part time. Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm

Location

Glasgow based.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers, building and managing pipeline and qualifying leads. You will give clients a brief overview of what we can offer, using your initiative to achieve and exceed agreed targets and KPIs.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will also enjoy working to targets. Previous insurance experience is desired but not essential.

Day-to-day duties

Contacting existing Group customers to promote insurance and secure renewal dates.
Managing diary/call backs.
Building and maintaining pipeline.
Building relationships with other parts of the group.
Qualifying leads when quote is due.

Ability to multi-task
A positive and resilient attitude
Strong communication and influencing skills
The ability to use your own initiative

Nice to have but not essential

Previous insurance experience
