**About the role: -**

1) The Content Writer will be responsible for creating, updating, and reviewing content for end-to-end user journeys by engaging with stakeholders (users, business, project teams). I will update these solutions in a user-centered style guide providing standards, governance, and consistency across the platform. The designer will work as a part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based content solutions to ensure the users' goals are met across ServiceNow functionality.

2) The specialist will have experience working in a user-centered design team, working closely with users to understand their needs and pain points. The Content Designer will also be required to share insights with project teams to ensure they delivered content solutions so the product remains consistent and user-focused.

3) Embedding in the existing Test team and project teams, and undertaking Knowledge Transfer.

4) Responsible for writing code that is secure, performance, scalable, in accordance with Department standards, and well documented.

5) Experience in Public Sector is required and more chance for consideration by the client.

**Essential skills and experience**

1. Good knowledge of using MS suite essential (e.g PowerPoint, excel, word, Teams, etc.)

2. Understanding of accessibility standards and experience in crafting accessible content

3. Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

4. Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD module preferred

5. Communication and presentation skills

6. Support the creation of content across digital and non-digital channels to meet user needs and business objectives. Help to create clear, joined-up user journeys.

7. Help to monitor and improve content based on user research and data

8. Use the style guide and other standards, along with your exemplary spelling and grammar, to create high-quality content.

9. Take part in user research and be aware of multidisciplinary content-production practices.

10. Build relationships and work closely with policy, legal and other expert colleagues to make sure content is accurate and consistent

11. Promote user-centered content design within the department and beyond.

**Nice-to-have skills and experience**

1. Demonstrate experience working in a large-scale organization and/or Government or Public Sector

2. Digital Workplace experience

3. Evidence of excellent communication and collaboration skills to handle stakeholders and non-technical teams. 4. Working with Agile working practices in managing large software development project that meets demanding time restraints and exceeds all expectations.

**Periods**: - 2 Years with an optional extension period of up to 6 months
