Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding UK&I HR team.
You will be responsible for managing all recruitment for the Midwich Group companies in the UK & Ireland. The role will have ownership of the recruitment lifecycle ensuring vacancies are closed with the company’s time to recruit and cost management.
You must have previous recruitment experience, either from being an internal recruiter or previous experience working for a recruitment agency. Working knowledge of an ATS, external job board management and a LinkedIn recruiter seat is an advantage.
**Please note full-time remote working is not available. This role will be based at our head office in Diss, Norfolk, with a flexible hybrid working from home opportunity available once the probationary period has been successfully completed.
