**Job Description Summary**: We are currently hiring for the position of Tender Bid Specialist to manage the entire tender bid process for all BDX tenders.

This specialist role will be responsible for complying with the tender management processes and coordinate activities within the tender submission process. The expertise will be required to cultivate strong relationships with various stakeholders for successful submission of the bid.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Improve process efficiency gains in qualifying tenders and oversee data management for renewals.
- Demonstrate strong project management by effectively communicating tender details, deadlines, and submission requirements.
- Lead the tender bid process, summarising scope and criteria.
- Prepare, manage, and submit tender responses, working to strict deadlines and coordinating multiple stakeholder responses
- Manage reporting data, set deadlines, and assign tasks.
- Streamline external service provider interactions, oversee the 'Clarification' process, and compile winning response documents.
- Maintain a knowledge database, conduct After Action Reviews, and take charge of tender pipeline management.
- Ensure standardised and timely submissions, including third-party bids.

**About you**:

- Tender, Pricing or Contract preparation and co-ordination experience required
- Excellent range of communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Able to negotiate and manage external partners expectations
- Able to analyse financial data/information
- Control workload with effective time management to facilitate competent account and stakeholder management.
- Pro-active, high-performance and results orientated
- Positive attitude and ability to handle changing priorities and excellent time management skills
- Team member, willing to act on behalf of team and take timely decisions
- Attention to detail with accuracy and quality within strict deadlines with mínimal direction
