The Directors are seeking to appoint a caretaker at Greenpark Academy. Our vision is to achieve outstanding outcomes and progress for all pupils within a caring, supportive and safe environment.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Understands the basic principles of site management
- Is able to carry out premises’ inspections and risk assessments
- Has an understanding of Health & Safety regulations and procedures
- Is able to deal with emergencies and problems in a positive and systematic manner
- Takes responsibility for the security of the premises, undertaking keyholder responsibilities and is available to answer emergencies outside of regular working hours
- Undertakes an allocated level of cleaning alongside the site cleaner
- Has a willingness to take on new challenges and an eagerness to accept responsibility
