Retail Supervisor

**The role involves**:

- _Ensuring your team provides excellent customer service at all times_
- _Securing and exceeding store sales_
- _Training and developing the team through feedback_
- _Scheduling according to operational needs_
- _Building strong customer relationships to continue growth_
- _Maintaining high standards of the site including back of house_
- _Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times_
- Managing and replenishing stock within the store while upholding high standards of visual merchandising._
