We are looking for an experienced, well presented Administrator to work in the front office at Greatwood as part of a small team.
Duties will include:
**Reception of all visitors**
**Switchboard operation**
Maintaining:
**financial records**
**supplier and customer records**
**paper and computer based information**
**an effective office environment**
**HR systems**
Assisting with:
**event management**
**public relations**
**fundraising**
**Experience Required**
CRM Systems - knowledge of Raisers Edge NXT or other fundraising specific CRM
Microsoft Office suite
Human Resources
**Desirable Attributes**
Ability to work on own initiative, without supervision
Strong interpersonal skills
Polite telephone manner
Effective communicator dealing with a variety of external and internal contacts
Well organised and ability to manage a varied workload
Flexible attitude to changing deadlines and priorities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
