The Ragdale Hall Reception provides a welcoming, family-feel atmosphere, where this first point of customer service is paramount.- Our friendly Front of House Team currently have a position for a passionate Trainee Reception Supervisor who can make that first impression count.- You will not only professionally deal with and follow up all guest queries, requests, and general information but also ensure all reception business is accurately processed and kept up to date, thus enabling a smooth-running department.- You will also want to inspire other members of the team to develop, whenever practical, to maintain a successful team.**Experience and skills**
- Applicants will have excellent supervision skills as well as enjoy face-to-face customer service.**Hours of work**
- 39 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 between 7.00am - 10pm on a rota basis including 2 weekends.**Salary**
