Sia Door Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and visitors
- Monitor and control access to the premises
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the property
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
- Handle difficult situations and diffuse conflicts when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required
- Enforce company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid Door Supervisor license
- 2 years previous experience working in licensed premises
- Familiarity with first aid procedures is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques

Pay: £9.51-£14.56 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week

- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
