Reed Accountancy are really looking forward to working with this company, to recruit for a Payroll Clerk. The position is Part time over 20 hours per week, and the company are flexible with the days/hours worked. The position is Permanent and has becomeavailable due Retirment.

**Key responsibilities**
- Monthly payroll processing for circa 275 employees - using ERNIE
- Reconciling and maintaining payroll/HR records and reports.
- Preparing and filing of HM Revenue and Customs requirements - using People inc
- Providing customer service to internal and external customers regarding payroll.
- Adhering to legislative requirements and ensuring they are observed whilst working within company policies.
- Assisting with HR administration to include correspondence and contracts.
Ideally you will have direct payroll processing experience, preferably in an environment that deals with a variety of admissions (overtime) and monthly changes. We use ‘EARNIE’ payroll software and a ‘People Inc.’ HR database, so knowledge of both these,or similar systems will be a distinct advantage.
Additionally, you will possess the ability to administer accompanying aspects of Human Resource documentation. Knowledge of compiling reports is also desirable. Whilst this position has a broad scope, it requires attention to detail and accuracy, with mínimallevels of error.
