**Title: Fish Filleter / Night Production Operative**

***Job Opportunity**:Trainee Blockmen (Fish Filleting)**

***Location**:Sevenoaks, Kent

***Shift**:Night Shift, Midnight to 8am, Sunday to Thursday

***Pay**:£11.77 per hour - Full Time Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for individuals interested in learning the skilled trade of fish filleting to join our clients team at a busy Fresh Fish Production and Distribution facility in Sevenoaks, Kent.

***Role Overview**:
As a Trainee Blockmen, you will be trained in the art of fish filleting, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced cold chiller environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn a valuable skill in the seafood industry while contributing to the production of high-quality fish products.

***Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the filleting and processing of fish under the guidance of experienced Blockmen.
- Learn and adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols in a cold chiller environment.
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

***Requirements**:

- Willingness to work night shifts from midnight to 7am, Sunday to Thursday.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in learning and developing skills in fish filleting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks.
