We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor/ Sales Administrator to join our global client based in Tipton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high achieving team and a dynamic company during a time of expansion. If you're looking to be part of a friendly team and have similar experience we would love to hear from you
**Duties**:
- Being a point of contact for existing customer accounts.
- Liaising with internal departments.
- Developing relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Creating purchase orders and sales orders.
- Allocating stock and issuing pick notes.
- Assisting with pricing schedules.
**Requirements**:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Able to work to KPI's
- High accuracy within work.
- Experience in a similar role.
